5th Annual Ghost Train Trail Ultras

Milford, New Hampshire
26 October 2013
The course is a 7 1/2 mile out-and-back, mostly on a rail-to-trail route. Runners can do any multiple of that up to 90 miles with a 100-mile option.

After the run; 30 miles was plenty; 29 degrees overnight low, mostly in the 40s during the day; I was the oldest finisher (of 300) at any distance.
